Many versions were released in its 40-plus year manufacturing run, including the Charleston, which had a fetching 2-tone color scheme. A polycarbonate body accurately captures the 2CV's distinctive features such as the front and rear fenders, rounded bonnet and more. Separate metal-plated parts recreate headlights, side mirrors and front bumper for superb realism. Marking stickers are included to depict various features such as body side graphics. M-05 chassis features a lightweight, narrow, durable, and easy-assembly semi-monocoque resin frame. Gearbox, motor, battery pack, receiver, servo and ESC are positioned for optimum weight distribution and a low center of gravity. Ground-hugging 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension and the 3-piece steering linkage provide stable high-speed cornering. Retro plated wheels have tires with realistic tread patterns.
